Promo Mechanics
- Eligibility: The promo is open to all Principal and Supplementary Credit Cardholders of BDO (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, and UnionPay). However, BDO Corporate Cards, BDO Installment Card, BDO Cash Card, and BDO Debit Cards are not eligible.
- Discount Application: The discount applies to the total bill excluding the service charge and is valid on regular-price, ala carte items only. It is not applicable to limited-time offer products, combo and group meals, takeout, and delivery.
- Single Card Use: Only one eligible card per visit will be honored, regardless of the number of eligible cards a cardholder has. Splitting a single transaction to avail multiple discounts is prohibited.
- Payment: To avail of the promo, the cardholder must be present at the restaurant and use their eligible card to pay for the total amount of the transaction through a BDO Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal. In case of system downtime or for restaurants without a BDO-issued POS terminal, transactions from eligible cards may be processed through a non-BDO issued POS terminal.
- Non-Transferable: The discount awarded is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
How to Avail the Promo
- Visit: Head to your nearest Pizza Hut branch from Monday to Friday within the promo period.
- Order: Enjoy your favorite regular-price, ala carte items.
- Pay: Use your BDO Credit Card to pay for your meal through a BDO POS terminal.
- Save: Get 50% OFF on your total bill (excluding service charge) with a minimum spend of ₱2,000 and a maximum discount of ₱2,000.
Terms and Conditions
- The offer cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers of Pizza Hut.
- In the purchase of goods and services which have the promotional discount, Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.
- Transactions qualified under this promo can no longer be used to qualify for another BDO promo even if the said transaction meets the criteria of other BDO promos.
- Unsuccessful card transactions (i.e., eligible card cannot be used to pay for the dining transaction for whatever reason) will not entitle the cardholder to the offer. Payment using any non-eligible card or in cash is not allowed.
- For concerns on Pizza Hut’s products and/or services, you may reach out to Pizza Hut’s customer support via www.pizzahut.com.ph/contact.
- BDO will handle promo-related complaints within 7 to 10 banking days from receipt of complaint, provided with complete information, proof of purchase, and other supporting documents. All questions and issues arising from the promo will only be accepted not later than September 30, 2024, after which all matters relating to the promo are considered conclusive.
- For the BDO cardholder’s protection, the card details and personal information shall always be kept secured. However, BDO cardholders participating in the promo agree that the first 6 and last 4 digits of the eligible card will be recorded by Pizza Hut for the sole purpose of validating the discount awarded.
- The promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Pizza Hut and the terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BDO credit cards.
- In case of questions or disputes related to the promo and the terms and conditions of said promo, the same shall be resolved and/or subject to the final decision of Pizza Hut and BDO, with DTI consent.
