Complete payment through our payment channels for the booking made. Validation of payment will be done upon arrival at the branch.
KinderCity will issue a Sales Invoice that must be presented upon entry.
Voucher Details:
Customers will receive a voucher for the same value or package purchased, whether it was for a regular by-the-hour playtime or a promo available in the branch.
The voucher must be used within thirty (30) days (excluding weekends and holidays) and not on the same day as the date of purchase.
The voucher is valid only for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.
The voucher must be claimed and used only at the branch where the booking of the playtime was made.
For promos that include one (1) adult companion, the voucher will also include the same. For regular playtime availed that do not include one (1) adult companion, adult companion fees apply.

Terms and Conditions
When booking for the dates inclusive in the promo, customers are entitled to a voucher with the same value playtime they purchased, whether regular playtime or the promo available in the branch.
For promos that include one (1) adult companion, the voucher will also include the same. For regular playtime availed that do not include one (1) adult companion, adult companion fees apply.
